Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Provide pediatric medical care within the standard of care, incorporating holistic approaches into treatment plans.
• Order and interpret laboratory and radiology tests as necessary, and refer patients to specialists when appropriate.
• Analyze medical records, test results, and examinations to diagnose patient conditions and develop treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications, treatments, and lifestyle adjustments to promote patient recovery and prevent future health issues.
• Adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and objectives, always maintaining patient confidentiality.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records, ensuring compliance with federal and state privacy laws.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience providing pediatric and diagnostic services in a clinical setting.
• Proficiency in prescribing appropriate medications, treatments, and health regimens.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with specialists to diagnose and treat complex health conditions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to delivering compassionate care.
• M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited institution.
• Successful completion of residency in pediatrics.
• Board certification in pediatrics.
• Current New York Medical Practitioner License, CDS, and DEA licenses.
