The Role:
*Optimise and scale Python/Kubernetes-based backend handling 20+ AI models
*Architect high-volume, low-latency systems
*Collaborate directly with founders to drive infrastructure and performance strategy
*Able to work full-time, onsite in Austin, TX
The Candidate:
*Backend focused software engineer
*Strong experience in Python/Kubernetes
*Eager to build at scale at a rapidly growing AI startup
Nice to have:
*ML experience - model training/optimization and CUDA engineering
