As an HR Systems Specialist , you will be the critical link between HR, IT, and operations, ensuring our systems and processes run smoothly.

Day-to-Day

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing HR systems and employee data with accuracy and confidentiality
• Overseeing new hire onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance processes
• Supporting internal reporting, audits, and key HR initiatives
• Coordinating tools and technology to optimize HR operations and processes
• Partnering with leadership to provide actionable insights and system solutions

What We Are Looking For

We want a professional who is as comfortable with technology as they are with people. The ideal candidate will have:

• 3–5 years of experience in HR systems, data management, or related operations role
• Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and reporting
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact respectfully with a diverse population
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software systems; AI experience a plus
• Associates degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
• Ability to manage sensitive information confidentially and professionally
• Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• “This role requires the ability to work on-site at our corporate office on the northwest side of Indianapolis, IN, Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm, allowing you to actively collaborate with our team and leaders.”
• Bilingual skills are a plus
