Masis Professional Group is recruiting for an Industrial Maintenance Technician on behalf of our client located in Dallas, NC. This is a direct hire opportunity offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities of the Industrial Maintenance Technician:

• Install, Setup, and troubleshoot Injection molding machines and equipment.
• Able to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic problems on IMM, robots, and machinery including supportive equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical malfunctions.
• Establishes and maintains the set points to produce high quality finished goods at the optimum cycle.
• Document repairs in the software tracking system.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
• Assist with equipment installation and commissioning.
• Perform complex control troubleshooting, sensors, PLC, wiring etc..
• Perform proper start-up and shut-down for all plant equipment.

Required Experience of the Industrial Maintenance Technician:

• Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude.
• Familiarity with hydraulics and high voltage systems.
• Previous experience in industrial maintenance or injection molding.
• Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
• Excellent customer service skills.
