Digital Marketing Manager – Beauty & Wellness

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead and scale our digital growth strategy as we continue expanding the global future of waterless beauty. Your role?

Amplify our digital presence, accelerate our growth, and build meaningful connections with consumers worldwide — all while optimizing performance and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).

What You’ll Do

Lead Digital Growth Strategy

Develop and execute the digital marketing roadmap, ensuring all initiatives drive brand visibility, engagement, and conversion across global markets.

Manage Performance Marketing & ROAS

Oversee paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms — with a strong focus on ROAS, acquisition efficiency, and profitable growth . Continuously optimize campaigns to maximize return on investment.

Optimize E-Commerce Performance

Collaborate with the e-commerce and creative teams to improve website performance, product pages, SEO, CRO, and customer journeys — all contributing to stronger conversions and higher ROAS.

Drive Email, SMS & CRM Strategy

Lead lifecycle marketing by building segmentation, automated flows, and retention strategies that deepen customer loyalty while supporting paid media performance and ROAS targets.

Analyze & Report Marketing Performance

Leverage analytics tools to monitor KPIs — including ROAS, CAC, LTV, CTR, CVR — providing actionable insights that inform strategy, budget allocation, and campaign optimization.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally

Work in partnership with creative, social media, influencer marketing, and product teams to build cohesive, integrated digital campaigns that align with brand storytelling and performance goals.

Stay Ahead of Digital Trends

Track shifts in digital behavior, platform updates, and beauty/wellness marketing trends to keep Oliveda innovative, relevant, and data-driven.

Support Launches & Activations

Develop and execute digital strategies for new product launches, brand milestones, and major campaigns — ensuring maximum reach, engagement, and strong ROAS .

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth marketing (beauty/wellness strongly preferred)

Strong understanding of ROAS-focused paid media , analytics, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and funnel optimization

Ability to analyze data, translate insights into strategy, and execute with precision

Creativity paired with a deep understanding of digital storytelling and brand voice

Experience working with e-commerce platforms (Shopify preferred)

Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Passion for sustainability, wellness, and mission-driven brands

Job Details

Job Type: Full-Time, on-site (Culver City, CA)

Compensation: $125,000 – $186,000 per year (commensurate with experience)

Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life & Health Insurance, plus 401(k)
