CDL-A Trainee Truck Driver | Paid Training Program | Las Vegas, NV

If you’re a newly licensed CDL-A driver in the Las Vegas metro area and looking to start your trucking career the right way, this paid trainee program provides structured on-the-road training, experienced mentorship, and a clear path to a solo OTR driving position with consistent miles and reliable weekly pay.

This is a career-focused trainee role built for stability and long-term success — not a high-turnover seat.

Pay & Compensation

• Training Pay: $650 per week for 4–6 weeks

• Solo Pay After Upgrade: $1,000–$1,400+ per week

• Mileage Pay: $0.43–$0.51 CPM after training (experience based)

• Stop Pay: $15 per stop once solo

• Pay Schedule: Weekly direct deposit

Most trainees upgrade to solo quickly after meeting training requirements.

Equipment & Freight

• Assigned late-model automatic tractors after upgrade

• No-touch dry van freight

• Combination of drop & hook and live loads

• Nationwide freight lanes

This setup keeps things simple so new drivers can focus on learning and safety.

Schedule & Operating Area

• OTR Schedule: 12–14 days out with a 34-hour home reset

• Operating Area: 48-state OTR after training

• Home Base: Las Vegas, NV metro region

This is a true over-the-road role designed to build experience and consistency.

• Valid CDL-A license (recent graduates encouraged)

• Willing to run OTR for two consecutive weeks

• Must live within 200 miles of Las Vegas, NV
