Job Description

We are helping assist an AmLaw100 firm looking to add a litigation attorney with a white-collar focus to their esteemed group.

Please consider the following:

• The team works collaboratively, not only “cross-office,” with partners sitting in New York, DC, and Chicago, but also in the actual work. White-collar focused associates will also have exposure to general commercial litigation matters, allowing for a very broad and diversified practice.
• Attorneys can expect to work on a broad range of issues related to government enforcement and corporate crime, including anti-money laundering, anti-corruption and FCPA cases, health-care fraud, preventative internal investigations, and more.
• The white-collar team is stacked with team members touting former government experience, making it a highly regarded “go-to” firm for high-profile matters. Attorneys will gain unique perspectives and access to mentorship from those who worked “on the other side” of issues.
• The group has a strong record of securing acquittals and dismissals in high-profile matters.
• 1950 hours for bonus (1800 billable and 150 for non-billable work)
• Hybrid office policy

Top law firm experience required, and clerkship preferred.
