Position Overview:

We are seeking dependable and professional Unarmed Security Officers to join our growing team. This role includes assignments at special events as well as ongoing standing guard posts across the Bay Area. Officers must be flexible and willing to travel locally for different assignments, including occasional one-day travel around the Bay Area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide visible security presence at client sites, special events, and ongoing guard posts.
• Monitor access points, deter unauthorized activity, and ensure client safety.
• Write accurate incident reports and maintain daily activity logs.
• Uphold Heimdall’s professional standards in appearance, communication, and conduct.
• Travel within the Bay Area for assignments as required.

Requirements:

• Valid California Guard Card.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation .
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and event-specific hours.
• Prior security, law enforcement, or customer service experience is a plus.
