A prestigious commercial real estate firm has an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Property Manager. This Sr. Property Manager will manage and oversee a beautiful Class A office portfolio in Austin, TX. Duties:

• Manage an established team and client building owners
• Create and manage the budgets, leases, and expenditures.
• Handle all financial reporting duties and property accounting etc.
• Collect all Accounts receivables; Sign off on all Accounts payables.
• Field, track and follow up on building maintenance issues.
• Perform quarterly property inspections and makes a detailed quarterly report.
• Set up new lease files; administer move-in and move-out procedures, inspections and reports.
• Create/maintain computer-based account files.
• Track Certificates of Insurance for Tenants and Vendors.
• Establish, adjust and maintain lease activity on Project Summary Reports and Rent Roll Reports.
• Prepare and submit annual Operating Expenses
• Abstract leases, amendments and certificate of insurance forms.
• Oversee TI and construction projects
• Supervise on-site management employees to ensure optimum performance.

Qualifications:

• BS degree is highly preferred and 5+ years of commercial property management experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MRI/Yardi
• RPA or CPM in progress (preferred)
• Real Estate license in progress (preferred)
