Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Estimator, located in Atlanta, GA. The Senior Estimator will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates for various construction projects. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing project plans and specifications, preparing quantity take-offs, and developing project budgets. The role also involves collaborating with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure accurate and competitive bids. Additionally, the Senior Estimator will handle project documentation and provide cost support during project execution.

Qualifications

Experience with cost estimation and quantity take-offs.
Software QuckBid and onscreen take off
Experience construction projects drywall and painting.
Strong analytical abilities to review project plans and specifications
Proficiency in construction estimating software and tools
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with clients, project managers, and general contractors
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work on-site in Atlanta, GA
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred
Relevant certifications in construction estimating are advantageous
