Responsibilities
-
- Lead the resolution of complex incidents and service requests in MM and WM modules, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for business users on day-to-day system issues and MM/WM process questions.
- Proactively monitor system performance, identify issues, and take corrective action as needed.
- Suggest and implement enhancements to MM/WM processes, configuration, and reporting.
- Analyze, test, and deploy system changes and improvements according to established change management processes.
- Maintain clear documentation for system configurations, support procedures, and issue resolutions. Share knowledge with team members and provide training as needed.
- Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors to ensure ticket resolution and system stability.
- Support integration with related SAP modules (SD, PP, FI/CO, etc.) to maintain end-to-end process integrity.
- Conduct thorough investigations on recurring issues and propose long-term solutions.
