Job Description

Founded in Denmark, is a global player in crane solutions for wind energy, industrial and infrastructure projects. Moving some of the world’s most ambitious projects, BMS Heavy Cranes is growing fast in the United States and is looking for a Resource Manager with strong experience in heavy-lift cranes and a background in the wind industry to take full ownership of the resource function in the US. 

The U.S. operations have expanded rapidly—from just two cranes to 20+ cranes in only a few years—supported by a growing team of more than 70 employees. You will be joining a close-knit, international team where every hire makes an impact, and you will be responsible for the smooth coordination, planning and recruitment of field personnel, serving as the primary point of contact for them. The position combines operational oversight with a people-first approach, ensuring all field staff are trained, equipped and supported. 

The U.S. team operates with a strong spirit of entrepreneurship, backed by deep technical expertise and a collaborative culture. Key Responsibilities 

  • Recruit, screen and onboard field personnel, ensuring training, certification and PPE compliance. 
  • Work closely with Project Managers and Operations leadership to identify the right field talent, streamline screening and present qualified candidates. 
  • Act as the main point of contact for field staff regarding schedules, rotations and support. 
  • Build and maintain a strong network of qualified candidates within the heavy-lift and wind energy industry. 
  • Coordinate onboarding, training, inductions and ongoing development for field teams. 
  • Collaborate with project managers and HSE teams to maintain safety and operational standards. 
  • Present qualified candidates to management and project leads for approval. 
  • Maintain accurate records and provide updates on staffing levels and resource planning. 

Qualifications & Experience 

  • 5+ years’ experience in field personnel coordination, recruitment or operations in heavy-lift or wind energy projects. 
  • Candidates with direct experience in crane operations or heavy equipment industries (such as trucking/semi) are strongly encouraged to apply. 
  • Solid understanding of wind turbine installation and heavy-lift field operations. 
  • Proven ability to work with diverse, international teams. 
  • Excellent planning, communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Established industry network is a strong advantage. 
  • Self-motivated, highly organized and able to travel to sites as needed.

Location : Benbrook/Dallas–Fort Worth, TX. This role requires a daily presence at the company’s DFW office.
Travel: Occasional (up to ~10%)
