Founded in Denmark, is a global player in crane solutions for wind energy, industrial and infrastructure projects. Moving some of the world’s most ambitious projects, BMS Heavy Cranes is growing fast in the United States and is looking for a Resource Manager with strong experience in heavy-lift cranes and a background in the wind industry to take full ownership of the resource function in the US.
The U.S. operations have expanded rapidly—from just two cranes to 20+ cranes in only a few years—supported by a growing team of more than 70 employees. You will be joining a close-knit, international team where every hire makes an impact, and you will be responsible for the smooth coordination, planning and recruitment of field personnel, serving as the primary point of contact for them. The position combines operational oversight with a people-first approach, ensuring all field staff are trained, equipped and supported.
The U.S. team operates with a strong spirit of entrepreneurship, backed by deep technical expertise and a collaborative culture. This is a great opportunity for a self-driven professional who enjoys being close to the field and can occasionally visit sites to stay connected with ongoing operations.
