Location Requirement:
Candidates must be local to Cleveland, OH or within a 5-hour driving distance and able to attend on-site onboarding . This role is not open to candidates requiring visa sponsorship (now or in the future) .
Overview
We’re looking for a strong, hands-on Manual QA Analyst to support business-critical, transaction-heavy applications in a fast-moving Agile environment. This is a manual-first QA role focused on test case creation, execution, and validating complex business and financial rules.
This role is best suited for someone who works independently, digs into systems, and takes ownership of quality — not someone looking for step-by-step direction or full automation work.
