Protégé Agency Producer – Future Farmers® Agency Owner (9-Month Track)

This role is designed for someone who wants to learn the business from the inside , produce at a high level, and ultimately step into agency ownership — with the new agent capital requirement waived upon successful graduation.

What You’ll Do

As a Protégé Agency Producer, you’ll work inside a local Farmers Agency where you will:

• Sell and service insurance solutions across Auto, Home, Life, and Business lines.
• Build a pipeline of prospects and referral partners.
• Learn agency operations, marketing, sales processes, staffing, and customer experience.
• Complete University of Farmers® training modules and weekly development activities.
• Progress toward full agency ownership by completing all program licensing and performance requirements.

This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and growth-oriented — ideal for someone who wants to build a book of business and prepare to lead their own agency.

Minimum Requirements

To be appointed as a Protégé:

• Must pass a background check.
• Must hold a Texas Property & Casualty license prior to start.
• Must obtain Life & Health for program graduation.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to commit to the full 12-month program.
