Job Description

LHH is partnering with a chemical manufacturing company in search of a Plant Manager for their Killeen, TX plant. In this role, you will oversee all of the plant's operations including a staff of 12 people who have around 20 employees under them. Having chemical experience is critical to the success of this job, so they are looking for someone who comes with a chemical background. This is a direct hire job that works onsite full time with a salary ranging between $145K - $155K + 8%-12% bonus. Here are more details about this job:

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversite of production, maintenance, engineering, QA, logistics and the lab
• Management and development of a team that is rapidly growing (anticipated growth of 20% with the year)
• Management of P&L and ensuring high standards throughout all departments at this location
• Act as the leader and join a team of other leaders throughout the organization

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must come from a chemical manufacturing company as a Plant Manager or Operational Leader
• Ability to lead, develop and maintain a growing team through strong leadership skills
• Someone who has managed all departments in a plant of a larger company
