Overseeing project planning, execution, and completion of various Telecom projects. Ensuring projects meet objectives within scope, budget, and timeline through resource management, teamwork, and strategic communication.

Office of the Chief Technology Officer is seeking an Entry Level Telecom Administrative Support professional responsible for assisting with the planning, execution, and closing of Engineering Information System (EIS),POTSolve (Plain Old Telephone Service Solver), and cost-saving projects. This role will work closely with the Telecom team to ensure project goals and deliverables are met and that each initiative remains on schedule.

Key responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams to foster collaboration and communication for seamless execution. Specific duties involve EIS transition, POTSOLVE initiation, resource allocation, and cost-savings monitoring to ensure alignment with the company s strategic objectives. The candidate will utilize telecom management tools and techniques to track progress, manage changes, and deliver efficient outcomes while maintaining a focus on continuous improvement in project planning and implementation processes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Support with telecom projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with Telecom goals.
• Monitor project progress and implement changes, as necessary.
• Manage project budgets and resources efficiently to meet objectives.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation on tasks and report to management.

Required/Desired Skills
