🚨 NOC Analyst (Tier 1/2)

📍 Remote (Future on-site: Washington, DC)

As a Monitoring & Incident Response Analyst , you’ll be on the front lines ensuring network and infrastructure services stay healthy, available, and secure. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is ready to step up during high-impact incidents.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Monitor network, systems, and critical services in real time
• Perform Tier 1/2 troubleshooting and respond to service alerts
• Handle escalations from the Service Desk (tickets, calls, MS Teams)
• Coordinate incident bridges and track remediation efforts
• Document incidents, updates, and after-action reports
• Maintain SOPs and ensure operational readiness
• Work closely with Network Engineers, service providers, and leadership during outages

🎯 What You Bring

• 4+ years in IT operations or technical support
• Strong Windows support experience + proficiency in MS Office
• Hands-on with ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar ITSM tools
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and incident coordination skills
• Ability to work independently under pressure
• Ability to obtain/maintain Public Trust clearance (10+ weeks)
• U.S. Citizen , flexible to work 24/7 rotating shifts

⭐ Preferred Skills

• Prior NOC or Service Desk experience
• Reporting and metric-based analysis
• Active DOJ Public Trust clearance
