Job Description

Role :Sr .NET Full Stack Engineer

Exp Req : 5-7+ Yrs

Location : Redmond, WA (Need Locals/Onsite)

Salary Range -100k per annum(Only Fulltime – No contract option)

Key Responsibilities

Need strong passion for accessibility and deep expertise in Microsoft technologies.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building secure, scalable applications using Azure, C#, and .NET Core, while ensuring compliance with accessibility standards and delivering robust solutions.

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications leveraging Azure services, C#, and .NET Core.
• Implement secure coding practices and ensure compliance with security standards across all layers.
• Develop APIs and backend services with robust performance and scalability.
• Optimize application performance and ensure seamless integration with cloud infrastructure.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor team members on best practices for accessibility and security.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and advocate for modern development practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 5 7 years in full stack development with Microsoft technologies.
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and Azure cloud services.
• CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices in Azure.
• Solid understanding of application security, identity management, and secure coding practices.
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to work in agile environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross functional collaboration.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience with Blazor, React, or other modern UI frameworks.
• Knowledge of OAuth, OpenID Connect, and other security protocols.
• Passion for accessibility advocacy and continuous improvement
