Karter Schools is looking for Montessori Teachers who are passionate about guiding children through purposeful learning experiences using Montessori methods and materials. Our classrooms are designed to encourage discovery, concentration, and collaboration within a peaceful, child-centered environment.

As a Montessori Teacher at Karter Schools, you will create a learning environment that reflects the Montessori philosophy and supports each child’s natural desire to learn. You will guide students through hands-on materials, individualized lessons, and thoughtful observation, ensuring that every child grows cognitively, socially, and emotionally.

We welcome applications from teachers who are fully certified through AMS, AMI, or MACTE , as well as those currently completing their Montessori certification program.

• You hold or are actively pursuing AMS, AMI, or MACTE Montessori certification
• You have a genuine love for working with children and guiding their development
• You are patient, observant, and skilled at fostering independence and respect in the classroom
• You are reliable, nurturing, and bring positivity and mindfulness to your work
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred
• You embrace both Montessori philosophy and Conscious Discipline principles in daily practice
