Job Description

Core Duties

• Perform routine sanitary cleaning in ISO-classified cleanrooms following established SOPs and management direction.
• Handle sterile and non-sterile garment stocking, staging, and FIFO rotation across multiple gowning areas.
• Maintain accurate documentation , including logs, inventory records, and required sign-offs.
• Complete all required training per company SOPs and compliance guidelines.
• Monitor and maintain cleaning supply inventory to prevent shortages.
• Provide support to cross-functional departments as needed.
• Work safely and adhere to all company, state, and federal regulations , embracing a strong quality-focused culture .
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• AA degree or High School diploma + 1+ year experience in operations, pharmaceutical, biotech, or manufacturing.

Physical / Environmental Expectations

• Able to wear full cleanroom PPE , respirators, goggles, gloves, and protective gear.
• Perform tasks within ISO-classified cleanrooms .
• Lift/move up to 40 lbs occasionally .
• Ability to squat, bend, kneel, reach, stand, and walk for up to 80% of the shift .

Preferred

• Experience in cleanroom sanitization or cGMP operations .

Task Breakdown

• 75% cleaning
• 15% documentation
• 10% other duties
