Step Into a Hands-On Production Role

Join our manufacturing team and help turn raw materials into reliable plastic components. As an Injection Molding Press Operator, you’ll run molding equipment, check part quality, and support light assembly/finishing so every order ships on time and to spec.

A Typical Shift

• Start up your workcell: review work instructions, verify materials and tools, and confirm machine settings with your lead.
• Operate plastic injection molding presses according to standardized procedures and supervisor direction.
• Perform frequent visual checks for dimensions, surface finish, and cosmetic appearance; compare against samples/specs.
• Flag and report issues immediately to technicians, lead operators, or supervisors to keep quality and uptime high.
• Support production tasks such as annealing parts, boxing/bagging products, and assisting teammates during breaks.
• Keep your station clean, organized, and safe; follow housekeeping and safety practices throughout the shift.
• Share critical notes and special instructions during shift handoffs to keep the next team informed.

No prior manufacturing experience required—we provide structured training.

Physical & Sensory Requirements

• Stand, reach, bend, and handle materials for the duration of the shift.
• Occasionally lift or move up to 25 lbs.
• Adequate near vision and color recognition for close inspection and color matching.

Work Environment

• Fast-paced production floor with operating machinery.
• Exposure to moderate noise, heat, and airborne particles.

All required safety gear and training are provided.
