Responsibilities :

• Welcoming and greeting guests; ensuring a seamless flow through the restaurant and to arranged dining tables
• Checking-in, storing, securing, and retrieving outerwear and assorted personal belongings for guests
• Speaking clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations and responding well to questions
• Upholding service standards to ensure a memorable guest experience
• Demonstrating a passion for details and a willingness to learn
• Maintaining a safe, sanitary, and organized work environment

Skills & Requirements :

• Required to have open availability on weekends
• At least 2 year in a Host position in a upscale dining setting
• Personable, positive, and gracious attitude
• Knowledge of reservation systems
• Has a sincere interest in the hospitality industry
• Demonstrate clear written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work in a team environment and welcome feedback
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
• Capability to stand for prolonged periods of time
• Lift up to 25 pounds of weight
• Ability to reach, bend, climb up and down stairs, walk and carry multiple objects
