Description We are looking for a dedicated Health Screener to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Los Angeles, California. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring accurate data entry and supporting health-related processes for a non-profit organization. This position offers an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to community health initiatives while utilizing your organizational and technical skills. Responsibilities: - Accurately input health screening data into designated systems and databases. - Verify the completeness and accuracy of information entered to maintain data integrity. - Collaborate with team members to ensure the timely processing of health-related documentation. - Maintain confidentiality and uphold security standards for sensitive health information. - Assist in organizing and managing records to support efficient retrieval and reporting. - Provide support in resolving discrepancies or inconsistencies in data entries. - Follow established protocols and guidelines for health screening documentation. - Generate reports and summaries based on collected data as needed. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders to clarify data-related inquiries. Requirements - Proven experience in data entry or similar roles, demonstrating accuracy and attention to detail. - Proficiency in computer systems and data entry software. - Ability to work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality. - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. - Effective communication abilities to interact with team members and stakeholders. - Familiarity with health-related documentation processes is an advantage. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. - High level of reliability and consistency in meeting deadlines.
