Job Description

Salary: $62,120 - 84,040 per year Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science or computer science from an accredited institution.
  • Level 4: Minimum of 9 years relevant experience with a bachelors degree OR 7 years relevant experience with a masters degree OR 3 years relevant experience with a PhD.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to coordinate activities across a diverse team of engineers.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with internal partners and external clients to manage hardware-software integration initiatives in a dynamic Agile setting.
  • Engage with USAF clients and aircrew to develop and articulate complex electronic and electrical system specifications for avionics components.
  • Analyze customer requests for technical and contractual implications and convert these into actionable system requirements.
  • Facilitate and oversee lab testing to ensure system designs fulfill operational and functional criteria.
  • Assist in flight test events by reviewing data and addressing issues.
  • Aid in solving integration challenges related to production ramp and operational hardware systems.
  • Maintain communication among various teams and across multiple engineering disciplines and program leadership.
