Job Description
We are working with a family-owned, drywall contractor in Tulsa, OK. They are looking for someone who wants to make an impact in a role where you’d have ownership of your projects, direct influence on the company’s future, and no corporate red tape. Responsibilities:
- 50/50 split between estimating and project management
- Responsible for bidding, estimating, and running jobs from start to finish
- Manage subcontractors and field crews on assigned projects
- Project size typically $500K – $1M, targeting $4M–$6M annually in volume
- No government work; primarily private projects in the Tulsa area
Requirements:
- Experience in metal stud and drywall estimating/project management
- Ability to build trusted subcontractor relationships
- They are open to candidates from a subcontractor or GC background (PM-heavy candidates will be considered).
Compensation & Benefits :
- Base salary: $100K – $120K, commensurate with volume managed and experience
- $3M annual volume = entry level
- $10M annual volume = top performer
- Bonus: based on successful project closeout
