What You'll Do
• Develop and teach engaging, standards-based lessons for diverse learners.
• Foster a classroom culture focused on inclusion, respect, and curiosity.
• Collaborate with peers and administrators to elevate instructional practice and curriculum.
• Participate in school-wide planning and decision-making.
• Mentor fellow educators and contribute to a forward-thinking, collegial environment.
• Regularly assess student progress and share constructive feedback.
What We're Looking For
• NYS Certification in Early Childhood (Birth-Grade 2) or Childhood (Grades 1-6) (required).
• Master's degree in Education or related field (preferred).
• Proven track record in teaching or education leadership.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Passion for ongoing professional development and instructional excellence.
