Qualifications:

• MUST have reliable, consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Must pass a background check.
• Ability to lift 25-40lbs.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Employment Type:

• Full/Part Time, days only.
• Monday-Saturday.
• Shift starts at 7 AM.

Base Wage: $17/Hour PLUS tips, overtime, commissions, and bonuses

Pay Breakdown:

• Based on your performance, you can become a lead foreman and make commissions on moving materials sold.
• With your wages, based on 40 hours, PLUS tips, overtime, commissions, and bonuses, you have the potential to make an average of $24.00 per hour.
• Paid weekly.

Role:

• Assist your team in moving general household/business items from one location to another.
• You are a part of the crew and must work cohesively.
