Job Title: Franchise Sales Director

Work Location: Preferred in Denver, but will consider remote

Salary: $150K - $220K+ total compensation

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the franchise development pipeline to secure signed franchise agreements.
• Collaborate with broker networks.
• Attend tradeshows and events to promote franchise opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM.
• Achieve metrics aligned with franchise development growth plans.
• Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives.

Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years of franchise sales experience.
• Retail industry experience.
• Extensive CRM platform experience.
• Entrepreneurial attitude and team player.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• B2B and B2C experience.
• Ability to present key results and growth strategies to executive leadership.
• Proactive, consultative selling style with strong interpersonal skills.
