What You’ll Do
- Accurately input and maintain data in databases and spreadsheets.
- Manage visitor access and serve as the first point of contact at the main entrance.
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and email communications.
- Support onboarding processes (ID badges, permits, initial training).
- Coordinate training sessions and maintain related documentation.
- Purchase office and packaging supplies.
- Maintain filing systems, daily reports, and workload databases.
- Assist with safety and security administration.
- Operate office equipment and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent; experience in distribution or similar roles preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with computers and office tools.
- Experience in purchasing and event coordination is a plus.
