Customer Support Representative

Location: Johnston, IA

Duration: 24 months with possible extension

Job Summary:

Serve as the first point of contact for users via internal support platform
Help primarily through chat, occasionally via phone, email, or virtual meetings
Ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys problem-solving

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for ISG products to dealers and customers via phone, email, and chat.
Document all interactions in the case management system.
Develop and maintain online support tools and resources.
Support a wide range of products, including dashboards, JDLink, Operations Center, mobile apps, guidance systems, and precision farming tools.

Required Skills

Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Customer service or technical support experience.
Proficiency with consumer software and troubleshooting.
Ability to work flexible hours, including holidays.
Data management experience.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of agriculture and precision farming.
Experience in agriculture or technology dealer channels.
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, Engineering, IT, or related field.
