Customer Support Representative

Location: Johnston, IA

Duration: 24 months with possible extension

Job Summary:

• Serve as the first point of contact for users via internal support platform
• Help primarily through chat, occasionally via phone, email, or virtual meetings
• Ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys problem-solving

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for ISG products to dealers and customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Document all interactions in the case management system.
• Develop and maintain online support tools and resources.
• Support a wide range of products, including dashboards, JDLink, Operations Center, mobile apps, guidance systems, and precision farming tools.

Required Skills

• Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Customer service or technical support experience.
• Proficiency with consumer software and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including holidays.
• Data management experience.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of agriculture and precision farming.
• Experience in agriculture or technology dealer channels.
• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, Engineering, IT, or related field.
