Requirements

2-4 years’ proven experience with Computer Numerical Control (CNC) software and machinery used for computer-aided manufacturing
2-3 years’ minimum experience programming and operating CNC machines.
Analytical and problem-solving skills to develop effective manufacturing plans based on specifications and troubleshoot issues that arise during the manufacturing process
Proficient in operating various machine tools including lathes and mills.
Strong understanding of technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
Ability to set up, calibrate, and maintain machinery effectively.
Math skills to take precise measurements and make calculations
Familiarity with inspection and measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
Knowledge of safety protocols and practices in a machining environment.
Ability to make parts from drawings and drawing files.
Experience working with stainless steel

Responsibilities

Operate production equipment to produce products in accordance with production needs and verbal and written instructions.
Operate lathes, mills, and other machine tools to produce precision parts and components.
Interpret technical drawings and specifications to determine machining requirements.
Set up and adjust machine tools to achieve desired specifications and tolerances.
Monitor the machining process to ensure quality and efficiency, adjusting as needed.
Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Inspect finished products using precision measuring instruments to verify compliance with specifications.
Collaborate with engineers and production staff to troubleshoot issues and optimize processes.
