City Kitty is seeking a thoughtful, experienced and compassionate cat-loving receptionist to join our team. Do you speak cat? Providence's funky and fabulous feline practice could be purr-fect for you! We're looking for someone with a kind, calm presence who will reassure our clients that their cat is in good hands. What You'll Do - Politely answer phones with multiple incoming lines
- Manage various client requests simultaneously
- Make sure client needs are addressed in a timely fashion
- Book and confirm client appointments
- Consistently record conversations in medical records
- Manage online platforms for client scheduling and prescription refill needs
- Explain the value of preventive health care
- Convey warmth when people need comfort

- You are organized and detail-oriented

- You have 1 or more years of veterinary or shelter medicine experience
