Chief Clinical & Science Officer
Location: Plymouth Meeting, PA (Corporate office), with travel requirements throughout areas in which BII has treatment centers in PA, NJ, and DE.
Compensation: Starting at $173,100 annually

As a member of the executive leadership team, this pivotal role reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer. The CCO/CSO oversees Applied Behavior Analysis children's services and affairs, regulatory affairs, quality and safety, and clinical development and operations across nine treatment centers in three states, for over 800 families. BII’s clinical department includes more than 600 clinical employees. The CCO/CSO supervises and closely collaborates with the Clinical Director, two Assistant Clinical Directors, and the quality improvement department.
The CCO/CSO will be a key leader in driving innovation and introducing new ideas to the organization. This role supports existing service opportunities for our families and requires a leader who demonstrates excellence in strategic thinking, effective communication, and organizational management.
About the Position: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Objective # 1: Responsible for development of the clinical department and services:
Objective # 2: Complete research to improve service delivery, outcomes, and access.
Objective #3: Maintain administrative and non-clinical functions to ensure the continued success of families served, treatment teams, employees and the organization.
Objective #4: Engages in professional development activities and supports the professional development of Behavior Interventions’ team members.
