Pay Rate: $13/hr + 10% commission

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team at Druid Hills Golf Club. Responsibilities

• Ensure that bar operations run smoothly and efficiently
• Greet customers and take their orders accurately and politely
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Stock bar with necessary beverages, garnishes, utensils, and glassware
• Keep the bar area clean, safe, and organized
• Maintain inventory of bar supplies and communicate any needs to the management team
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through friendly and attentive service

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays
• Must pass a background and reference check and adhere to the DHGC culture.
