Do you love helping people and love cars? Jimmy Britt Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is looking for a friendly, organized Service Writer to be the welcoming face of our service drive. You’ll be the go-to guide for our guests—explaining repairs in plain language, keeping them updated, and making sure their visit feels easy and stress-free.
What you’ll do:
• Greet customers and write up service requests with a smile
• Communicate clearly between guests and technicians
• Review repair recommendations and help customers make confident decisions
• Keep customers updated on status, timelines, and next steps
• Deliver the kind of experience that keeps people coming back
What we’re looking for:
• Strong people skills and a positive attitude
• Great phone and communication skills
• Comfort in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Automotive or service lane experience is a plus (but not always required)
