  • Skilled in leading small group activities, in-person programs, and virtual sessions
  • Ability to work some evenings and weekends during events or camp sessions
  • Seizure First Aid and CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Will be required to participate in, and successfully complete, EFNE’s accredited Community Health Worker certification program
  • Valid driver’s license and readiness to travel across New England

Responsibilities of the Associate Director, Camp and Client Services:

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of all EFNE camp programs, including day camps, overnight camps, family camps, and virtual sessions
  • Oversee and coordinate on-site operations during camp programs, ensuring smooth execution, safety compliance, and support for staff and participants
  • Play a key role in site selection, partner coordination, contract management, logistics planning, and risk management procedures to ensure effective program delivery
