Job Summary:

We are looking for a positive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented individual to join our activities team. As an Indoor Activities Attendant, you’ll help create a welcoming and safe environment for guests across various recreational outlets, which may include roller skating, arcade games, and bowling. This is a great opportunity to be part of a guest-focused team at one of our world-class resorts.

Job Specifications:

• Starting Wage: $20/hr
• Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2025/2026
• Shift Type: Part Time hours available
• Minimum Age: At least 16 years of age
• Housing Availability: No

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding guest service and assist with transactions for all indoor activities
• Monitor guest participation to ensure safety protocols are followed
• Keep activity areas clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Answer guest questions in a professional and courteous manner
• Provide clear safety instructions and guidance for activities
• Perform basic maintenance on activity equipment
• Monitor equipment to ensure it remains in safe working condition
• Replenish inventory and supplies as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Safety-focused and detail-oriented
• Ability to remain calm and respond effectively in emergency situations
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Professional appearance and positive, approachable demeanor

The expected pay range is $20/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
